Complex Management of Construction Projects
Complex management of construction projects is a summary of all activities, which are related to provision of this wide agenda.
We do not only represent a contractor in a tender proceedings, which end by signing of a contract with a client, but also by managing of a whole agenda related to execution of a whole construction project. A part of this work is creation of optimum organizational project structure, implementing of the project agenda, time planning and its regular evaluation, monitoring of project changes agenda, coordination of construction work, claiming of extra work, and a method of invoice submission.
In case that we represent an investor, we represent him in a tender process, including evaluation of the process and recommendation of a construction contractor, monitoring and updating of time planning, coordination of construction contractors and technological deliveries (in case of more contracts and suppliers), checking of contractor invoicing and submitted extra work until a contractor final invoice is submitted.
